➳All The Solid Gold Pieces Are Made To Order. Please Allow Two And A Half Weeks Before The Item Can Be Sent To You.

➳Refunds Are Not Accepted For Made To Order Items after the Item has been accepted by the customer prior to shipping.

➳Payment For Solid Gold Pieces / Made To Order And Wedding Ring Sets Can Be Divided In Two. Please Contact Us If This Is The Preferred Option And We Will Arrange The Payments Through The Website.

  • First payment shall be made effective before the Item is made; this is at the time that the order is placed or Custom order is requested at our show room booked appointments or online.
  • Second payment will be processed once the Item has been finished, after review by the Customer  and before the shipment.

➳Credit card payments are accepted through the shop's payment platform.

➳Taxes are included in the total price.

➳For all international packages, you are responsible for your country's taxes/duties/customs.

 

↠SHIPPING↞

➳Shipping is made through USPS.

➳You will be able to track your package at anytime.

➳US National Deliveries are shipped with Priority Mail®. Your package should take 2 to 3 days to arrive.

➳International Shipments are sent with First-Class Package International Service. You should receive your Item between 2 to 3 weeks ( Europe) , or 3 to 4 weeks ( Asia Pacific)  

➳If you need an urgent delivery, please select so from the shipping options. Item will be shipped within 2 days of purchase . Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International can be purchased in order to receive your Item sooner. 

➳All purchases are sent in a paper gift bag. 

➳All orders are shipped on the Monday after the payment is received unless other specified.

 

↠REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES↞

➳We accept Returns within  one month of Item reception. We are Also happy to exchange or provide a credit note within one month of purchase. 

➳In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, we will happily provide a refund if the products you purchased are:

  • faulty or damaged in transit
  • significantly different to those shown or described to you

➳Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be returned within one month of purchase. In order for us to be able to refund your article you will need to send us a picture of the Item as it has been received to info@minkara.life.

➳Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).

How do I return/exchange a product?

➳To return a product: We will send you the return address upon request; you should carefully package your item up, enclose the invoice and send it to that postal address. You will have to cover the return cost unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, as previously described.
