➳ We accept returns in the form of exchange or store credit within 1 month of purchase. 

➳ In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, we will happily provide a full refund only if the products you purchased are:

  • faulty or damaged in transit

  • significantly different to those shown or described to you

➳ Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit, or were not as ordered can be returned within 1 month of purchase. In order for us to be able to refund your article you will need to send us a picture of the item as it has been received to info@minkara.life.

➳ When a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).

➳ We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

How do I return/exchange a product?

➳ To return a product: we will send you the return address upon request; you should carefully package your item up, enclose the invoice and send it to that postal address. You will have to cover the return cost unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, as previously described.

➳ You can also visit us at any Market and we will happy to issue the refund there.
