Silver or Vermeil Pieces are usually ready to ship.
Made to order: Please allow up to 2 weeks for all Made to Order pieces as such, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
In stock: Shipping for in-stock pieces are usually within 3 business days from today's date.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date. Use this rule to determine your shipping date: if the difference between the dates is more than 8 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 8 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date). Keep in mind that only orders shipping within Canada or the US are eligible for split shipments.
We offer USPS first class mail for US shipmens.
For Americas international orders we use USPS First Class International mail or DHL if you're in Europe. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end. Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days from the dispatch date. 2-3 weeks to deliver to Europe and 3-4 weeks to deliver to Asia/Pacific.
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class International Service and delivered between 3-5 business days from the dispatch date
Rush International Delivery via USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International between 2-3 business days from the dispatch date. This can be purchased separately.
Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the time of the order is placed. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!
All purchases are sent in a pillow gift box / Ring Box.
Engagement rings and Wedding rings are shipped in a Premium velvet Vintage inspired box.
We offer Exchange or Store Credit only within 30 days from date of purchase. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry and email us email@example.com to initiate the exchange or store credit process.
In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, we will happily provide a full refund within 30 days only if the products you purchased are:

Please note that any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit, or were not as ordered can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. In order for us to be able to refund your article you will need to:
Send us a picture of the item as it has been received to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your items are eligible for return, we will send you the return address upon request; you should carefully package your item up, enclose the invoice and send it to that postal address. You will have to cover the return cost unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, as previously described. We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).
Since these styles are of higher value, we ask that you email us at email@example.com and we will pass along return labels and instructions for sending your items back. Should the ring not be in the original condition, our Quality Control team will assess the possibility of repair (keep in mind there may be associated fees for this) or return of the ring back to you. Please note, all items must adhere to the following:
>Must be unworn
> Have no signs of wear or damage
> Returned in all original packaging (box and pillow included)
> Received back at our facilities within 30 days of delivery
