Shipping + Payments

➳ Vermeil pieces are usually available to ship right away. Please allow 3-5 days.

➳Solid Gold pieces ( 10K , 18K Gold) are made to order. Please allow 2.5 weeks before the item can be shipped to you. 

➳ Refunds are not accepted for custom order items after the item has been accepted by the customer prior to shipping.

➳ Payment plans are available at checkout

➳ Credit card payments are accepted through the shop's payment platform.

➳ Taxes are added if applicable in the total price.

➳ For all international packages, you are responsible for your country's taxes/duties/customs.

➳ Shipping is made through USPS  or Courier.

➳ You will be able to track your package at anytime.

➳ U.S. National Deliveries are shipped with First Class Mail®. Your package should take up to 5 days to arrive.

➳I am not responsible for Items lost in the mail when Priority Mail^® or 

Priority Mail International^® are not chosen as shipping method; this is , if you choose free shipping.  However, in the unlikely case that your Item gets lost in the mail, contact me and I'll do my best to find it.  

➳ International shipments are sent with First-Class Package International Service or DHL Express, depending on where you are located.

You should receive your item between 2 to 3 weeks  (Europe), or 3 to 4 weeks (Asia Pacific).

➳ If you need a rush delivery, please select it from the shipping options. The item will be shipped within 2 days of purchase . Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International can be purchased in order to receive your item sooner.
