↠ REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ↞
➳ We accept returns in the form of exchange or store credit within 1 month of purchase.
➳ In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, we will happily provide a full refund only if the products you purchased are:
➳ Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit, or were not as ordered can be returned within 1 month of purchase. In order for us to be able to refund your article you will need to send us a picture of the item as it has been received to email@example.com.
➳ When a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).
➳ We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
↠ How do I return/exchange a product? ↞
➳ To return a product: we will send you the return address upon request; you should carefully package your item up, enclose the invoice and send it to that postal address. You will have to cover the return cost unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, as previously described.
➳ If the Item is damaged or faulty, I will cover the return cost by sending you a pre paid shipping label via email. For any other reason returns, the buyer will take care of the return shipping. Shipping must be done with a tracked shipping method, otherwise I will not be responsible if the returned item gets lost in transit. If this is the case and the return shipment cannot be tracked ad I never receive the item back, no refund or exchange will be given.
